VendorVault ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Google Workspace Add-on.

1. Data We Access

VendorVault accesses data in your Google Workspace environment only when you explicitly trigger the add-on. We may process:

• Email Metadata: Sender, Subject, and Date (to identify vendors).
• Attachments: PDF contracts and invoices (for analysis).
• Calendar: We require write access to create reminder events.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to extract non-sensitive metadata (dates, costs, vendor names) from your documents. We do not sell your data. Data is processed ephemerally and is not stored on our servers permanently unless you choose to sync it to your own Google Sheet.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

VendorVault's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
